Refund Policy

Cuelens is built so you can decide before you pay: the free tier has no time limit, and Pro is a single purchase with nothing to renew or cancel. This page explains how refunds work when a charge has already happened.

Try before you buy

The free tier works forever and needs no card. It is the invisible teleprompter, three scripts and three notes, a square camera, and the pen, so you can use Cuelens for real before deciding whether Pro is worth the one-time $49.

Refunds

Purchases are handled by our payments provider, which acts as the merchant of record for the sale, and refunds are issued through it. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, but we will consider reasonable requests: an accidental double purchase, or an app that does not work on your machine, are worth writing in about. Email support@cuelens.app with the email address you used at checkout, and we will respond within a few business days.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be waived, including any mandatory withdrawal or cooling-off rights for consumers. Where such rights apply, they are honored.
